Transport Yourself Back in Time with The Zeros, a Radical 80s Tribute Band

This Saturday, hang out with a band that brings back the good times, great memories and flashy dance moves of the 1980s. The Zeros, who represent Kansas City’s first “hurricane” of new wave and 80s music, will perform live this Saturday night beginning at 7:30. Whether you’re an 80s baby or not, this is one show you definitely don’t want to miss!

Composed of members Brad Gaddy, Shawn Poores, and Larry Groce, The Zeros offer to audiences the most authentic and dedicated 80s and new wave tribute in the Midwest, complete with an electrifying stage show that many call must-see entertainment. The Zeros combine a state-of-the-art sound and light show with equally impressive musical prowess to form their unique sound and presence. The Zeros perform only the most popular songs from the 80s – no “hair band” tunes here!

The Zeros perform all of your favorite hit new wave songs, including “Come On Eileen” by Dexys Midnight Runners, “Let’s Dance” by David Bowie, “Blister in the Sun” by the Violent Femmes, “Our House” by Madness, “Rio” by Duran Duran, “Sedated” by The Ramones, “Why Can’t I Be You” by The Cure, “I Ran” by A Flock of Seagulls, and of course “Whip It” by Devo.

Catch the live show to experience the full catalogue of tunes popularized in the 80s and reimagined today! The Zeros will perform live at Uptown Theatre this Saturday. Tickets are five dollars and may be purchased via Ticketmaster.
